Architecture as Critical Practice

We approach architecture as a critical practice at the intersection of history, culture, society, and technology. Reading the built environment as a field of symptoms, we investigate the forces, contradictions, and transformations embedded in architectural forms and urban spaces. Through design and research, we connect theory with practice, reinterpreting cultural memory, local knowledge, and contemporary conditions to create meaningful spatial possibilities. Each project becomes an inquiry into its context and an opportunity to challenge established assumptions, transforming critical reflection into architecture that is responsive to place, conscious of history, and open to alternative futures.

معماری به‌مثابه کنشی انتقادی

ما معماری را کنشی انتقادی در تلاقی تاریخ، فرهنگ، جامعه و فناوری می‌دانیم. با خوانش محیط ساخته‌شده، معماری به‌مثابه میدانی از نشانه‌ها، نیروها، تناقض‌ها و دگرگونی‌های نهفته در فرم‌ها و فضاها بررسی می‌ شوند. ما از طریق طراحی و پژوهش، نظریه را با عمل پیوند می‌دهیم و با بازخوانی حافظه فرهنگی، دانش بومی و شرایط معاصر، امکان‌های فضایی معناداری می‌آفرینیم. هر پروژه فرصتی برای شناخت انتقادی زمینه، به پرسش کشیدن مفروضات موجود و خلق معماری‌ای پاسخ‌گو به مکان، آگاه از تاریخ و گشوده به آینده‌های محتمل است.
